When will my order be shipped?

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed Monday - Friday are usually shipped within 48 hours. Please note that during periods of high volume, it may take longer. Orders placed over the weekend are usually shipped Monday.

When will my order be delivered?

Once processed, orders are shipped via USPS Priority (unless an expedited USPS service is chosen). USPS Priority Ground delivers within five to seven business days to most U.S. locations; however, we've found that they usually get to you even sooner than that. Please see the USPS Priority shipping map below for estimated delivery times.

Do you ship outside the United States?

No, unfortunately at this time we do not ship internationally.

How can I track my order?

Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. This email might wind up in your "Junk Email Folder," so be sure to add Thirty-A Threads to your "safe" list.

What if I'd like to change my order after it's been placed?

Once an order is placed, it gets processed immediately and cannot be changed (this helps us get your order to you as quickly as possible). If you'd like to add items to your order, please email us at contact@thirtyathreads.com.

Can I ship to an address that's different from my billing address?

Absolutely. When you set up your Thirty-A Threads account, you're able to enter separate shipping addresses and even save addresses that you may want to ship to in the future.
